Mobile Eagle Business Forum, Awards Coming Up

The Mobile Chamber has announced its 28th Eagle Awards Luncheon for October 17 at 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa in Mobile. Registration is $60 for members and $70 for nonmembers. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Kalisha Dessources Figures, founder and chief strategist of KDF Strategies, a social impact firm specializing in organization-wide strategic planning and strategic partnerships. Figures has served in two presidential administrations and has a passion for developing and connecting the next generation of emerging leaders. The luncheon will be preceded by the Business Forum beginning at 9 a.m. Dr. Thomas E. Nelson, associate professor of management at the University of South Alabama, will speak on AI enablement tools and practical frameworks that help teams act quickly and adapt effectively.
