James Williams, broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Meyer Real Estate,recently announced that CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC recently awarded the Pete Vakakes Team with its 2020 President’s Team Award. The annual award is bestowed upon those independent CENTURY 21 sales teams that earn the CENTURY 21 CENTURION Team award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Team award in the same calendar year. CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC bestows the CENTURION Team Award to sales teams generating a minimum of $398,000 in sales production or participating in the closing of 100 or more units bought or sold during the calendar year. To earn the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Team Award, the independent sales team must receive completed customer surveys for at least 50% of its clients surveyed in the year with an average survey score of 95% or better for two consecutive years.
