Roberts Brothers, Inc., has announced the expansion of its home ownership services through a strategic partnership with CanopyTitle, a Birmingham-based title and closing service provider. This collaboration expands Roberts Brothers’ ability to provide clients with a seamless real estate transaction experience from start to finish. CanopyTitle has more than 25 years of experience in title and settlement services and offers title examination, title insurance and real estate closing services. CanopyTitle will serve as the preferred settlement and closing partner to Roberts Brothers’ real estate clients. Roberts Brothers and Canopy Title are owned by HomeServices of America, the companies of which offer integrated real estate services, including brokerage services, mortgage originations, title and closing services, property and casualty insurance and home warranties.
