Mobile County Launches Community Calendar

The Mobile County Commission has launched a new community calendar to increase the visibility of events, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce announced. Commission President Merceria Ludgood, who initiated the project, explained, “We saw a need for a one-stop events calendar that would specifically feature events and activities occurring throughout the county, particularly in smaller communities and among its diverse people and cultures.” Organizers may submit events for it via email, the Nspire U website or its On Air app (Android and Apple).
