Original Oyster House Recognizes Employees

MOBILE, Ala. — Cedric Hudson marked 35 years of working at The Original Oyster House, making him the longest-tenured employee of either of the restaurant’s locations, according to the Mobile Chamber’s Business View. Hudson’s full-time job is working as a voting machine tech for Mobile County. The company also recently named James Collier, Margaret King, Eliza McGaster and Rebecca Ruling employees of the year for exemplifying the Oyster House’s mission and core values.
