ServisFirst Adds Covan To Board

ServisFirst Bank, a regional bank headquartered in Birmingham, with locations in Mobile and Baldwin counties, has announced the election of Lance Covan to its Mobile-region board of directors. Its Mobile regional office and branch is located at 2 North Royal Street. Covan is founder of Bon Secour Capital Holdings, LLC, a private investment fund founded in 2010 to acquire, operate and grow established businesses in the Southeast. Additionally, he is CEO and chairman of the board of Mitternight Industries and Chairman of Al-Fla Plastics. Covan is a former director of athletic development for the University of Alabama’s athletic department and has worked with and consulted for various domestic and international nonprofits, including the Salvation Army, the American Red Cross, and International Professional Resources for China.
