Volunteer Lawyers Program Announces Pro Bono Manager

The South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program (SAVLP) has named Heather Sands its new pro bono manager. Sands attended the Mississippi College School of Law and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2012. She recently served as SAVLP’s disaster recovery project coordinator and continues to oversee SAVLP’s disaster preparedness and recovery projects, while coordinating clinics at various sites in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
