Kintz Appointed To NASBA Administration & Finance Committee

Wilkins Miller, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, has announced that one of its partners, Michael J. Kintz, has been appointed to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) 2023-24 Administration & Finance Committee. Kintz earned a BS in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Spring Hill College in Mobile. His responsibilities include financial reporting and assurance, consulting in the outsourced accounting services area and personnel recruiting. His industry experience encompasses professional service firms, nonprofits, dealerships, employee benefit plans, manufacturing companies and governmental entities. Since 1908, NASBA has served as a forum for the nation’s 55 state boards of accountancy, which administer the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, license more than 650,000 Certified Public Accountants and regulate public accountancy in the U.S. The Administration & Finance Committee’s charge is to oversee and monitor NASBA’s fiscal operations and investments.
