Infirmary Health Earns Top Employee Designations

Infirmary Health has once again earned recognition as one of the “Best places to work and the top healthcare system employer in the state of Alabama,” according to Forbes’ 2023 America’s Best-in-State Employers list. This marks the second consecutive year Infirmary Health has achieved this distinction. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 70,000 employees across the U.S. at companies with more than 500 employees. Forbes’ list considered aspects of an employee’s experience such as work environment, gender pay equity, opportunities for advancement, pride in the company’s product or services, whether the employee would recommend working for the company to a family member or friend and more.
