Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 2051 Government Street in Mobile for $1,140,000 to Lyons Capital Corp. In 1996, Merrill P. Thomas Co. purchased, developed and built a 6,650-ft2 retail store at this location. It is situated at the corner of Government Street and Holcombe Avenue. Advance Auto Parts, the current tenant, has been operating successfully at this location for more than 26 years and will continue to lease.
