Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas (MPT) Co., Inc. (MPT) represented the seller, CVA, LLC, in the sale of 24220 Highway 98 in Fairhope to Dr. Richard L. Snellgrove of Eastern Shore Internal Medicine for $750,000. This 2,550-ft2 medical office in Fairhope’s Montrose Historic District sold in record time, according to MPT. The buyer will be relocating his practice from its Greeno Road North address. Snellgrove has served the Eastern Shore for more than 20 years.
