Beachball Acquires Simpson

Beachball Properties has acquired Simpson Properties Group’s rental portfolio. The acquisition will result in Beachball adding approximately 40 premier beachfront accommodations to its portfolio. Like Beachball, Simpson has focused on locally owned and operated facilities. Simpson will continue to represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in Alabama and Florida from its Orange Beach office. Beachball offers full-service vacation rental management to homeowners located on the Alabama Gulf Coast. With local headquarters at 22989 Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, Beachball has 60-plus employees in the area.
