Impact 100 Baldwin County To Award $564,000 In Grants

Impact 100 Baldwin County recently announced $564,000 in grants, a record high for the organization, to be awarded this fall. It will increase the number of Baldwin County nonprofit recipients to six, with each receiving a grant of $94,000. Impact 100 members will volunteer to serve in groups to evaluate the grant applications and select finalists, with the entire membership voting to select the recipients at the organization’s Evening of Impact event on October 21. Grants will then be awarded in “Arts, Culture & Recreation,” “Education,” “Environment & Preservation,” “Family” and “Health & Wellness.” Nonprofits have until May 15 to submit their letters of intent, and the deadline for submitting grant applications is June 5.
