Brett/Robinson Coastal Triathlon Returns In September

 The 18th annual Brett/Robinson Alabama Coastal Triathlon will be held on September 6. Taking place at Gulf Place Public Beach in Gulf Shores and headquartered at The Hangout nearby, the event offers triathlon (sprint and Olympic distances), swim-bike, bike-run and relay formats for athletes at all levels. Packet pickup will be September 5 at The Hangout at 4-6:30 p.m., as well as race day at 5:30-6:30 a.m. The Olympic distance triathlon will begin at 7 a.m., followed by the sprint “Tri-It-On” event at 7:50 a.m. The post-race party for participants will feature awards, food by The Hangout and drinks from Coca-Cola.
