Franklin Names James COO

Franklin Primary Health Center has announced the addition of Dr. Patricia James as chief operating officer (COO). James brings more than 35 years of diverse experience in healthcare in Mobile and Baldwin counties, including more than 18 years as a licensed nursing home administrator. Before coming to Franklin, she had been the executive director of Allen Health & Rehabilitation in Mobile since 2022. Franklin says James is a bestselling author and pastor who specializes in strategic guidance and driving organizational excellence, operational efficiency and effective communication to streamline employee workflows and create better outcomes for patients.
