MMofA Family Day Coming Up

The Mobile Museum of Art (MMofA) is holding a free Back-to-School Family Day at the museum on July 11 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. There will be a backpack giveaway for students, hands-on family art classes, face painting and an Elements of Art Scavenger Hunt. The Mobile Public Library Bookmobile will be present, and there will be a guided stroller tour through the “Handle with Care” and Aminah Robinson exhibitions. Live storytime performances and gallery activities will take place throughout the event, and Muffinjaw Designs will be taking bookings for vase glassblowing.
