ACF Announces Wetlands Compliance Workshops

The Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) is offering continuing-education Wetland Compliance Workshops on August 6 at the Weeks Bay Reserve Tonsmeire Resource Center in Fairhope and on August 18 at the Mobile Area Association of Realtors in Mobile. The course costs $40 and focuses on wetland types, identification, permitting and regulations. The following Alabama continuing-education credits will be availablethe Real Estate Commission, No. 1141, three hours; the Alabama Bar Association, No. 401966, 3.2 credits; and the American Planning Association, Nos. 9292731 and 9292732, 3 credits. Registration deadlines for the August 6 and 18 events are July 28 and August 4, respectively.
