Vallas Update

Vallas Realty, Inc. has announced the sale of the former CVS pharmacy at 3932 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile. The Vallas team worked with Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty and Edward Schmidt to get this property sold. In addition, Vallas assisted Karvelas Capital LLC in the purchase of 124 North Hoyle Avenue in Downtown Bay Minette. The property previously operated as a restaurant but has sat vacant. Karvelas Capital plans to bring another Grizzly Pizza to Bay Minette, joining the locations in Downtown Daphne and Downtown Atmore. Alabama Land Title also assisted with the process.
