South Baldwin Chamber Foundation 5K, Block Party Coming Up

The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation is holding its Walk This Way: 80’s 5K & Block Party at Foley Heritage Park on September 12 from 5-10 p.m. This 80s-themed event combines a fun and festive 5K with a block party, with proceeds supporting the foundation’s local education initiatives. Participants will take on a scenic 5K course winding through Downtown Foley and the Rose Trail before crossing the finish line at Heritage Park. Themed costumes are highly encouraged. The block party will feature a live 80s cover band, Disco Kiss, and special guest 80’s Condo Queen Kylee Kubat. Participants and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy during the block party, provided they comply with event guidelines and local regulations. Food will be available for purchase from a variety of food truck vendors throughout the evening. Tickets for the full event are $35, and block party-only tickets are $15.
