Noble South Pie Named To List Of Best In U.S.

The Noble South, a farm-to-table eatery at 203 Dauphin Street in Mobile, recently earned a spot on “The Ultimate Guide to the Best Pies in the U.S.” from the Michelin Guide for its chocolate pie, AL.com reports. “The Noble South serves a chocolate pie with sablé (shortbread) crust, bourbon barrel cacao nibs and whipped cream,” the Michelin Guide said. The pie isn’t listed on the current dinner menu on The Noble South’s website, but it was featured in a December 2025 Instagram post from the restaurant. The Noble South is known for creating seasonal offerings and regularly changes its menus. The restaurant first earned kudos from the Michelin Guide in November 2025 as one of five restaurants in Alabama earning a “Bib Gourmand” designation, indicating good food at moderate prices.
