Avizo Group Merges With BMSS Advisors & CPAs

Avizo Group, Inc. has merged with BMSS Advisors & CPAs. Through the merger, BMSS will expand from eight offices to 10, adding locations in Brewton and Fairhope, and growing to approximately 410 employees. Avizo and BMSS teams said that, over the coming months, they will work closely together to ensure a smooth transition and identify meaningful ways to bring expanded value, expertise and resources to clients of both firms. They expect to expand their capabilities, with BMSS creating the BMSS Family of Cos. to meet clients’ data, technology, payroll and financial planning, and wealth management needs.
