MOBILE, Ala —  Crow Shields Bailey PC, with offices in Mobile, Daphne and Gulf Shores, recently announced promotions within the firm. Sherri Deighton and Hope Hickman were promoted to principal. Deighton specializes in individual, partnership and corporate tax returns with specialty in trust and estate tax returns. Hickman specializes in auditing with expertise in QuickBooks, employee benefit plans, construction contractors, retail, wholesale and condominium associations. John Gafford and Caitlyn Grimme were promoted to manager. Gafford’s experience is in multistate corporate, partnership and individual taxation; tax planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals; and consulting for small businesses. He is also a certified Sage Intacct Accounting Specialist and Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist. Grimme specializes in audits of nonprofits, governmental entities, non-public service organizations and construction. Allie Pipkins was promoted to supervisor. She specializes in audit services, including construction, manufacturing and distribution, and employee benefit services industries. Taelor Keefe was promoted to senior accountant. Keefe’s specialties include preparing individual and business tax returns with a focus on estate and trust tax returns.
