Warren Averett Adds To Transaction Advisory Group

Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors’ Transaction Advisory Group, which assists private equity groups, investment bankers and business owners throughout the country as they navigate complex transactions, recently added the following six professionals to its team: Chase Carroll, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as a manager and an international business strategist; Zach Burgmeier, CPA, as a manager; Drew Hartley as a senior associate; Josh Sloan, CPA, as a senior associate; Mary Ann Patrick as an operations coordinator; and Rachel Brinkley as an intern.
