Wilkins Miller LLC, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, recently announced the addition of Samantha Cox, Mary Richards and Amy Sheppard. Cox joins as an associate after earning her bachelor of business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of South Alabama (USA). She has experience as staff accountant with Iowa Care Community. Richards steps into the role of IT administrative assistant with a background in administrative and generalist positions supporting defense contractors. Sheppard joins the firm as a supervisor. The firm says she brings extensive expertise in accounting, auditing and financial management across sectors such as healthcare, higher education, entertainment and government. Before joining the firm, she held positions ranging from staff accountant to Internal Revenue Service agent, gaining experience in both private and public sectors. Sheppard earned both her BS in business and master’s degree in accounting from USA.
