Extension Schedules Open House For Mobile

The Alabama Cooperative Extension System has announced a Grassroots Open House for the Jon Archer Agriculture Center in Mobile on July 13 at 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The goal is for attendees to consider their experiences within the community and how the extension may include the communities’ education needs within its six strategic program initiatives of “Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife and Natural Resources”; Health and Wellness Across the Lifespan”; “Alabama 4H Youth Development”; “Community Development”; “Safe and Secure Food Supply”; and “Environmental Stewardship.” Agents will be available to answer questions, and refreshments will be served.
