Baldwin County continues to demonstrate its strength, nearly matching last year’s sales level by November. As one of Alabama’s fastest-growing counties, Baldwin County attracts thousands of new residents each year, contributing to a consistently active market.

Inventory and Buyer Leverage

Across both counties, there are more homes on the market and listings are staying active longer than in recent years. This rise in inventory gives buyers improved opportunities to find the right home and negotiate more favorable terms.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Residential real estate experts project another positive year for the market.
Expectations include:
♦ Interest Rates: Remaining in the 5-6% range
♦ Inventory: Gradual, continued increase
♦ Home Appreciation: Moderate
