Bellingrath Announces Fall Events

Bellingrath Gardens and Home has published its fall schedule, beginning with Boo at Bellingrath on October 23 at 3-9 p.m., when the gardens will be filled with Halloween-themed inflatables and local businesses and organizations will set up treat stations throughout to hand out candy and trinkets. Next is the 58th Annual Fall Outdoor Cascading Chrysanthemums, held daily at 8 a.m.-5 p.m. during November 1-30. Bellingrath says this is the nation’s largest outdoor display of chrysanthemum blooms of the season. The Magic Christmas in Lights Gala is taking place on November 19 at 6:30-9 p.m. Kicking off the 26th anniversary of Magic Christmas in Lights, which runs November 26-January 5, 2022, it will give attendees a first look at a new lights scene created by Bellingrath’s staff. The Gala will take place on Live Oak Plaza and include hors d’oeuvres, drinks and live entertainment. It serves as a fundraiser for the Bellingrath Gardens and Home Foundation and requires tickets.
