Christmas Spectacular Tickets On Sale

EIGHT MILE, Ala. — Eight Mile’s Alabama School of the Arts has announced the University of Mobile’s (UM) annual Christmas Spectacular for November 17-20 at Cottage Hill Baptist Church. This event is seen each year in person by more than 10,000 people, including many who travel to Mobile from across the U.S., and it is televised throughout the Christmas season to millions. Jenna Goodwin, director of production at Alabama School of the Arts, said the 20th-anniversary event “will feature custom Christmas musical arrangements and bring back the most loved moments from our two decades of performances.” It tells the story of Christmas through performances by the Alabama School of the Arts with more than 17 ensembles, a 50-piece orchestra and the University Singers performing a combination of classical and contemporary Christmas music. Tickets are on sale for $10-$50.
