Exploreum Exhibit Opens Tomorrow

The Exploreum Science Center in Mobile is hosting an opening day celebration for its Illusions exhibit on February 8 at 10 a.m.-4 p.m. It will include a special showing of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids at noon in the Digital Dome Theater. The Exploreum says the exhibit features “a world of giant scientific discovery” where “tiny explorers can… explore the immense world of bugs, plants and animals through thrilling science demonstrations and adventurous hands-on activities and experiments.” The exhibit will explore optical, auditory and tactile illusions through hands-on activities and interactive spaces through July 26.
