Jubilee Festival Wins State Award

DAPHNE, Ala. — The Jubilee Festival of Arts was awarded the 2022 State of Alabama Tourism Event of the Year Award at the Alabama Governor’s Conference on Tourism in Auburn on August 29. The annual festival set along the oak-lined streets of Olde Town Daphne features art from local and regional artists, music and local cuisine. The Jubilee Festival of Arts Committee and Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce decided to host the festival during 2020. It has seen much growth since, with support from patrons and the City of Daphne. The next iteration, the 34th, will be hosted on October 15-16 in Lott Park. Organizers said the festival will welcome more than 140 artists for a record-breaking year.
