Leonardo Da Vinci Preview Screening At History Museum

Alabama Public Television and the History Museum of Mobile are hosting a preview screening of excerpts from Ken Burns’s newest documentary, Leonardo da Vinci, on November 13 at 6 p.m. The 4-hour film, which premieres statewide November 18-19 on Alabama Public Television, marks the first time Burns has focused on a non-American historical figure. A reception will follow the 37-minute preview screening. The event is free and open to the public, but seating is limited. The museum asks that those planning to attend guarantee a seat by picking up tickets at the front desk of the museum, open Monday through Saturday at 9 a.m-5 p.m. and Sunday at 1-5 p.m.
