MAC Adds Director For Gallery, Programs

The Mobile Arts Council (MAC) has announced Lyza Rodriguez as its new gallery and program coordinator. Her association with MAC began as a volunteer. She was quickly made an intern and served the Mobile arts community for the past three years by coordinating ArtWalks, assisting with exhibitions, supporting artists and learning about MAC. As an artist, Rodriguez works across a range of mediums, including wire wrapping, jewelrymaking, painting, photography, collage and more. In her new role, Rodriguez will oversee MAC’s gallery operations and exhibitions while supporting its programs, artists and advocacy efforts.
