Mobile Ballet Open Audition Coming Up

Mobile Ballet will hold an open audition for its 2026-2027 Company on May 18 from 4:30-6 p.m. at its studio at 4351 Downtowner Loop North in Mobile. Company dancers have the opportunity to perform in Mobile Ballet’s season productions alongside professional guest artists, at the Alabama Dance Festival, and at educational outreach and community events throughout the year. Members also benefit from Mobile Ballet’s dance training, as well as competitive and scholarship opportunities. Dancers must be 12 years old by December 1. For Company, female dancers must have completed at least two years of pointe training. For Junior Company, female dancers must have completed at least one year of pointe training. Male dancers are encouraged to audition and must have completed at least two years of ballet training. There is no audition fee.
