Mobile Pops Memorial Day Concert Coming Up
The Mobile Symphonic Pops Band is holding a concert on May 25 at 6-7:30 p.m. at Medal of Honor Park at 1711 Hillcrest Road in Mobile. The free event will feature “Liberty Bell” by John Philip Sousa, “White Rose March” by John Philip Sousa, “Variations on America” by Charles Ives (arranged by William E. Rhoades and William Schumann), “The Defenders” by Pete Strohm and “American Flourish” by Robert W. Smith.
