MobTown Mural Fest Announced

The inaugural MobTown Mural Festival, billed as “Mobile’s first large-scale mural festival,” is planned for September 12 and 13 at the Mobile Arts Council at Room 1927 adjacent to Saenger Theatre Mobile. It aims to “transform walls, public spaces and unexpected places into vibrant works of art.” Throughout the weekend, participants will be able to watch murals come to life, meet the artists and experience Mobile through a new creative lens. Applications for artists are open, and sponsorships are available.
