22nd State Bank Names Executives

22nd State Bank, headquartered in Louisville, Alabama, and with a branch in Mobile, recently announced two hirings. Christopher Watkins has been appointed to the board of directors of 22nd State Bank and its holding company FEB Bancshares. Watkins began his career in 1998 as an analyst, then became a procurement manager before taking part in an endeavor to capitalize on the then-newly announced Mobile Container Terminal (now APM Terminals) in Mobile. A resident of Mobile, he then helped start trucking company Point Logistics LLC in the city. Jeff Mizukami, a Daphne resident, was named to a new role, executive vice president of 22nd State Bank’s government guaranteed lending platform. Mizukami has spent more than 22 years specializing in implementing these platforms for community banks in three states. His responsibilities include facilitating eligibility, structure and underwriting of credit; coordinating funding; and promoting new business.
