DeVargas Earns Series 7 Registration

Charlene DeVargas of Mobile’s Hanley & Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, recently earned her General Securities Representative Series 7 registration. To obtain it, DeVargas passed an exam that measured her knowledge of tasks required to execute various securities transactions. The exam tests knowledge needed to perform critical functions, including sales of corporate, municipal, investment company and government securities; variable annuities; direct participation programs; and options. DeVargas graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in secondary mathematics education. She has two years of experience with Ameriprise.
