Local Financial Advisor Named To National List

FAIRHOPE, Ala. — S. Wesley Carpenter, managing director and senior resident director—wealth management advisor with the Fairhope-based Harty Carpenter Group at Merrill Lynch, was recently named to the 2022 Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list. Carpenter lives in Fairhope and attended the University of Alabama. He currently serves on the board of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, Community Foundation of South Alabama and The Friends of the Halstead. He is also active with the Business Council of Alabama, Coastal Alabama Partnership, Eastern Shore Art Center, Mobile Big Game Fishing Club, Mobile Touchdown Club and St. Lawrence Catholic Parish.
