Oakworth Named Best Bank To Work For

Oakworth Capital Bank, which is headquartered in Birmingham and has a branch in Mobile, has been named the “Best Bank to Work For” in the U.S. by American Banker. Results were taken from survey responses from associates at participating financial organizations. Oakworth says its associate retention is 96% and that 90% of Oakworth associates responded to the survey, with 128 completing it and offering input. Of the 77 questions asked, 25 received a 99-100% positive rating, while 65 of 77 had a 95% or greater positive rating. Full results of this year’s rankings are available here.
