PenAir Donates To Local Nonprofits

PenAir has announced the eight local nonprofits selected as recipients of its 2026 Communerosity Charities. This year’s charities were nominated and voted on by PenAir employees for their outstanding work and alignment with PenAir’s mission to enhance lives where its members live, work and serve. Recipients (and locations) include Operation ReConnect (Orange Beach), Girl Scouts of Southern Alabama (Mobile) and Eco Clean Marine (Gulf Shores). Other recipients are Child Guardians Inc., The Miracle League of Pensacola, EscaRosa Suicide Prevention Coalition, The Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida and Saint Francis Service Dogs. Each nonprofit will receive a monetary donation and a commitment from PenAir employees to serve through meaningful volunteer opportunities that advance their missions. Since the Communerosity Employee Fundraising Program began in 2013, PenAir and its employees have contributed more than $500,000 to support local nonprofits.
