PNC to Acquire BBVA

Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group has won regulatory approval for its acquisition of Birmingham-based BBVA USA, Business Alabama recently reported. Demchak, PNC chairman, president and CEO, said. BBVA customers are to transition to PNC in October.
