River Bank & Trust Adds Vp/Manager

Stephen Schlautman has been named vice president/relationship manager of River Bank & Trust in Daphne, the company announced. Building on its “momentum in Baldwin and Mobile counties,” the bank said, Schlautman brings “nearly two decades of commercial lending experience and a strong commitment to the community.” He will be tasked with growing the business and helping local business owners grow their own operations. He previously served as vice president of Regions Bank for more than 17 years. Schlautman holds a graduate banking school diploma from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate Banking School, and an MBA with a finance concentration and a BS in banking and finance from the University of Southern Mississippi.
