ServisFirst Adds Board Member

ServisFirst Bank, a regional bank headquartered in Birmingham, with locations in Mobile and Baldwin counties, has announced the election of Dr. Betsy Bugg Holloway to its board of directors. Holloway currently serves as vice president for advancement and marketing for Samford University, where she leads all of the school’s marketing, branding and philanthropic initiatives. “Under Dr. Holloway’s leadership, Samford has experienced unprecedented growth in enrollment, fundraising, national reputation, awareness, recognition and record levels of philanthropic engagement,” ServisFirst noted. Before joining the university’s administration, Holloway served as professor of marketing and as a Hackney Family research fellow in the university’s business college. She was previously a visiting professor at Kiev Business School, the University of Jordan and the Beijing Institute of Technology. She serves on several other boards and earned a BA from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Samford University, and a PhD in marketing from the University of Alabama.
