Children’s Business Fair In Daphne Tomorrow

The fourth-annual Eastern Shore Children’s Business Fair is taking place on October 23 at 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in Daphne’s Centennial Park, GulfCoastNewsToday.com reported. Organizer Lynne Holloway said approximately 50 children, ranging 7-17 in age, are scheduled to work 35 booths, running the gamut from setting up a lemonade stand, to counting change, to selling products they created. “This is our fourth year doing the fair and our biggest one yet,” Holloway said about the not-for-profit event. “We’ve had kids [who] have had legit businesses for years…. They’ve been saving for college, and [they] want to experience what it’s like to be an entrepreneur for the day.”
