Inaugural Hatch Medical Innovation Cohort Finale Announced

Hatch, a Fairhope-based technology village and entrepreneurial support hub with a goal to support and grow the technology-based entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region, will hold a finale event for presentations from the eight medical innovation startup participants who recently completed Hatch’s first 10-week cohort-based accelerator program. Beginning at 5:30 p.m. on August 22 at the Coastal Alabama Community College’s Centennial Hall in Fairhope, it will feature a keynote by Dr. Ben Fuller and presentations from the founders of the aforementioned healthcare technology startups. Fulmer is a neurosurgeon and co-founder and CEO of Fulmer Instruments. The program, in partnership with Bessel, was designed to connect medtech startups with experienced medical device entrepreneurs to propel strategy, fundraising and execution.
