Leadership Communications Seminar Coming To GulfQuest

Motivate or Deflate, a leadership communications seminar, is taking place on April 22 at 8 a.m.-noon at the GulfQuest National Maritime Museum of the Gulf in Mobile. Presented by Express Employment Professionals of Mobile, the event will explain how to communicate clearly and set expectations that put your team at ease; help employees understand why their work truly matters; create a positive, engaging environment where people feel heard, respected and motivated; and build and strengthen trust as a leader. The speaker is Art Atkinson, who has trained more than 6,000 new Express franchisees and staff members and taught more than 3,000 small business training seminars across North America since 1983.
