Local BBB Moves To Innovation Portal

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Central & South Alabama‘s Mobile branch has moved to the Innovation Portal in Mobile. BBB says the decision to relocate was made with careful consideration of the opportunities Innovation Portal will provide for both BBB and its accredited businesses. One advantage is the ability to host events and engage with the community more effectively. “We are delighted to be a small part of the resurgence of St. Louis Street,” BBB President Serving Central & South Alabama Carl Bates added. “It is one of the oldest streets in the city, dating back to 1824. It was a vibrant street in the city’s early history, and, from the 1920s to the 1960s, it was known as Automobile Alley. For the last 10 years, city and private investors have invested in the area to bring it back to its original glory. Besides allowing us to stay downtown, the location puts us in the center of the thriving business hub and the opportunity to help guide small businesses starting out.”
