Pamela Denham & Associates Launches Division, Marks 23 Years

Fairhope-based Pamela Denham & Associates (PDA) has launched a new division called “The Service Experience.” The division is to “offer a team approach to corporate training that blends the storytelling talents of a bestselling author, the credentials of a licensed counselor and the experience of a seasoned professional communicator to reach employees across a multitude of generations and backgrounds,” the company announced. “Many times, a business needs more than a new website or communications strategy to successfully grow their companies,” Pamela Denham, PDA founder and owner/head publicist, said. “They also need assistance ensuring their employees are working together as efficiently and professionally as possible to best serve their customers.” PDA also marked 23 years of business this month. Founded in 1998 by Denham, the firm has consistently been named among Business Alabama’s Top Rank Alabama in the “Public Relations” category (Pamela Denham & Associates Makes Top List).
