PEP Trade Show, Seminar Announced
Partners for Environmental Progress (PEP) is hosting its 24th Industrial Reverse Trade Show on October 17 at 1-4:30 p.m. at Fort Whiting in Mobile. Major manufacturers, shipbuilders and engineering and construction companies are among those planning to exhibit. Advance tickets are $149 until noon on October 14, when the price increases to $174. VIP tickets that include early admission at noon are also available. Additionally, a free educational seminar will take place at 9:30-11:30 a.m., also at Fort Whiting. It features Dr. Aviv Segev, professor of computer science at the University of South Alabama; John Shoemaker of BASF; Heath Stephens of Hargrove Controls and Automation; Phillip Hansel of AI-OPS; Thomas Cihota of Alabama Power Co.’s Plant Barry; Virginia Szepietowski of Nyad; and Phillip Long of Business Information Solutions, Inc. They will speak on “AI for Industry: Driving Productivity and Sustainability.” Those planning to attend the seminar must register at email.
