Application Process Opens For SWMCC Tall Program

The Southwest Mobile County Chamber of Commerce (SWMCC) is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 class of its Tillman’s Corner Area Learning Leadership (TALL) Program through April 26. It offers experiences to empower select local high school seniors who must meet certain requirements. Those selected will receive a $1,500 scholarship at the end of the eight-month program. They will also receive experiences intended to help them emerge as leaders and trustees of the community. These will include interaction with community leaders, training seminars, field trips and volunteering for various community events. To become a sponsor, contact Tina Poiroux at the chamber office at phone: 251-666-2846.
